Indoor Arena
The facility has a medium-sized, lighted indoor arena spanning approximately 100 x 80 feet, designed to accommodate a variety of activities. This versatile space is perfect for practices and training sessions, providing an ideal environment for participants to hone their skills. With ample lighting that enhances visibility and a well-maintained surface, the arena ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for all users.
Please note that as of January 2025, our indoor arena has undergone a renovation bringing in brand new footing from the base up and is equipped with premium sand footing for optimal performance and safety moving forward.
60′ Round Pen
The facility also offers a round pen for training and exercising horses, providing a safe and controlled environment for both beginners and experienced riders to enhance their skills.
Please note that as of February 2025, our round pen has undergone a full revamp and while its location is unchanged, it features brand new footing from the base up and is equipped with premium sand footing for optimal performance and safety moving forward.

Trails
The facility not only provides access to fantastic trails onsite but also boasts an extensive network of BLM-owned land directly to our east, where additional trails are readily accessible for riders of all levels. These diverse trails range from gentle slopes perfect for beginners to challenging routes that seasoned riders will appreciate, all framed by stunning natural scenery. With the ability to explore varied terrains, riders can fully immerse themselves in the beauty of the outdoors while enjoying a complete riding experience.
Tack Room and Storage
We are proud to offer access to a spacious tack room designed to accommodate saddles (supplied by client), along with a personal tack trunk (supplied by client) available for each of our dedicated clients to use onsite.
Turnout/Pasture
Turnout is available for all borders, ensuring that every horse has access to spacious and well-maintained areas. At 30+ acres, there is plenty of room for all horses to roam freely, explore their surroundings, and enjoy the outdoors. The vast open spaces are not only crucial for their physical health, allowing them to stretch their legs and engage in natural behaviors, but also provide mental stimulation and social interaction with other horses.
Trailer Parking
There is ample space for trailer parking next to our large pasture, available for an extra fee for all clients.
COMING SOON
Sagestar Ranch is excited to announce that construction has begun on a new and larger outdoor arena, which will be located just northwest of the stables and indoor arena. This improved facility measures approximately 170 x 280 feet and will provide year-round access, depending on weather conditions.
***Update as of April 2025 – Base footing is installed and complete as of June 2025. Due to the rain delays in spring, weed management has begun before we can install sand and finalize fencing items. We expect fencing to continue through September and footing installed in late Fall 2025.***
