Boarding Options & Pricing
Box Stall with Outdoor Run

Box stalls feature a large run, regular stall cleaning, and fresh bedding as needed, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment for the horses.
Horses in these stalls can be turned out up to five days a week, weather permitting, allowing them to enjoy fresh air and exercise, which is crucial for their mental and physical well-being.
The spacious design of the stalls promotes freedom of movement and reduces stress, while the attentive care provided by staff guarantees that each horse’s individual needs are met, fostering a happy and healthy atmosphere for all.
Monthly Pricing: $560 per Horse per Stall (Price is negotiable based on use of facilities and care, please reach out for a site visit.)
Nightly Pricing: $60 per Horse (Includes shavings, water, and mucking by Sagestar Ranch.)
Corral / Dry Lot
Corral / Dry Lot
Corral horses thrive in small groups of 1-3 companions, fostering strong social bonds as they share their meals and experience daily life together.
Each corral is equipped with spacious shelters, providing ample protection from the elements, and is maintained with as needed cleaning to ensure a healthy environment for the horses.
Sagestar Ranch currently has two corrals as pictured. We are working on adding additional facilities as necessary and as demand allows.
Monthly Pricing: $450 per horse or if you have 3 horses $1,200 total for one corral as pictured. (Price is negotiable based on use of facilities and care, please reach out for a site visit.)

Pasture Board w/o Shelter
Pasture without Shelter
Pasture Boarding allows your horse to live in expansive pastures with other horses, enjoying the freedom they provide.
Currently, our pastures may require supplemental hay and lack a shelter option, making it more suited for the summer months. We are actively working on adding shelter options, but currently, none are available.
